Every cut listed here ships from the nursery that rooted it. The specifics below are the pattern across both nurseries we list, but the nursery's own policy at checkout is the one that governs your order.
How marijuana clones are packed
Individually, upright, with the root plug secured so it cannot shake loose in transit, and labeled with the strain name. Labeling matters more than people expect. A four-plant order that arrives unlabeled is four mystery plants.
How long clone shipping takes
Clones are cut to order more often than growers realize, so a listing showing stock does not mean a box is already packed and waiting. Plan on up to two weeks from order to delivery. Transit itself is usually two to three days, which is about the outside of what a rooted clone handles well.
What to expect when your clones arrive
Some droop is normal after a few days in the dark. Most plants stand back up within 24 hours of water and gentle light. Open the box the hour it arrives and follow the day-one arrival routine, which covers the exact water, light and humidity settings for the first 48 hours.
Live arrival guarantee and replacements
Photograph the plants the day they arrive, before you do anything else, even if you think everything is fine. Nurseries need to see the whole plant plus a close-up of the stem and root plug, and nearly all of them require photos within a short window of delivery. Replacements are generally same-strain rather than a swap for something else.
